Please see the course-walk for both the X-poles and 40cm is at 9.30am; no course-walk between X-poles and 40cm.

Competition wear. Limited entries on day and HC’s welcome. Any problems get in touch as there has been a lot of changes there may be a few times to amend which is no problem if you let us know in email.
