SHOWING CLINIC NOW INCLUDING WORKING HUNTER AND KIDS SHOWING CLASS
We are intending to run a showing clinic on the evening of Friday 1st April.
One hour sessions, with a maximum of six riders per session, giving the feel of a real showing class with a judge during which an instructor will advise on the finer points of showing. We will offer in hand, ridden, working hunter and lead rein instruction. For the working hunter jumps will be altered to the size of jump the rider requests.
There will also be an opportunity for those taking part to ask both Kirsty and Robert any questions
Our experienced judge is Robert McLean Howden and our instructor is Kirsty Aird who has vast showing experience. Cost per person £30.00 per session. There will be a lot of valuable information to be gained before the start of the showing season. We are also offering tuition for ring stewards during this event. Cost is £10.00 per person which will be refunded to anyone who stewards at any of our forth coming showing shows.
Can riders please wear appropriate showing attire, however horses are not expected to be ‘show ready’.
